Vipin Dhunnoo participated at the April 2023-UNESCO International Conference on Climate Risk, Vulnerability and Resilience Building from 19-21 April 2023 at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
The conference aimed to close the divide between scientific research, policymaking, and decision implementation to enhance the effectiveness of resilience-building efforts.
